As a young singer in a highly competitive field, Gabbie created an extensive resume of performances including such venues as singing the national anthem for several major-league sports teams, to opening for legendary country acts like Tracy Byrd, Ray Price, Sawyer Brown, The Bellamy Brothers, and many more.

After years of sharpening her skills on stage and working with professional vocal and acting coaches, Gabbie had her first taste of chart success with the Texas hit, "Wait A Minute," which was followed by another top 5 song on the Texas Music Chart, "Bang Bang Cowboy."  Due to her success in the predominantly male Texas market, she caught the attention of Universal Records, New York.  Along with fellow Texas music star, Pat Green, Gabbie was signed to the company's new venture into country music.  In 2002 her first nationally released single, "Almost There," made Gabbie a recognizable name at radio stations across the country, and resulted in her first Billboard hit, as the single went all the way to #1 on the top single sales chart and top 40 in air-play.

With many great performances to her credit, Gabbie has also been billed a headline performer along side such musical sensations as Alabama, Kellie Coffey and Emerson Drive.  Whether singing for a crowd of 75,000 at the Richmond International Raceway, or a dancehall in the heart of Texas, Gabbie sings for the sheer passion that lives within her soul and her undeniable love of entertaining.

The Southern beauty seems to be undaunted by Universal Records' sudden choice to depart from the country music market, as she continues to pursue her career.  Under the careful guidance and direction of her producer, Clyde Brooks, Gabbie is continuing to expand her compilation of material with new recordings that demonstrate the 21-year-old's vocal maturity and unique artistic styling.
